This interactive workshop is designed to discuss critical success skills and tools needed for actors (such as farmers, agri-entrepreneurs, and early-stage agricultural startups) in the increasingly complex Water-Food-Energy nexus. The session will cover essential topics such as systems thinking, resource optimization, climate-smart technologies, financial literacy, digital tools, and market access strategies. By exploring real-world scenarios, collaborative exercises, and systems-thinking approaches, participants will discuss trade-offs, the optimisation of resource use, and promotion of long-term sustainability. As climate change, resource scarcity, and market volatility reshape the agricultural landscape, success will depend not only on innovation but also on the ability to navigate interconnected systems.
