Phurba Lhendup is a Head of the Climate Change Cluster, Regional Resource Centre for Asian and the Pacific, Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. The Cluster supports development and implementation of climate adaptation and mitigation strategies and projects in Asia and the Pacific. He holds a Master of Science degree in Natural Resources Management, a postgraduate certificate in biodiversity conservation and a diploma in Forestry. His areas of research interest are nature-based solutions to climate change and human-ecosystem interface, specifically in protecting ecosystem and sustainable use of natural resources.
