Tom Vanwalleghem

Tom Vanwalleghem is professor of Hydrology at the Department of Agronomy of the University of Cordoba. His main research interests are in hydrology, drought risk assessment, soil erosion and conservation, and long-term human impacts on soil resources. He is a Doctor and Agricultural Engineer by the University of Leuven, Belgium, and has been an invited professor at different Universities (Japan, US, Australia and Brazil). He is the Director of the Master programme in Environmental Hydraulics and Vicedean for International Relations at the School of Agricultural and
Forestry Engineering of the University of Cordoba (Spain).
